My agent, Kalie Brady, was perfect! She was very prompt in responding to my thousand questions and plan changes (normally within minutes, if not seconds). She was very knowledgeable about all things Disney, and what she didn't know, she called up, got the answers, and responded back. She walked me through the app and website for things that I needed to do from my end. When we had minor issues at Disney, I texted her, and by the time we got off the next ride, problems were fixed! Also, if your planning a VIP tour, she is the travel agent you want!

For our 50th Wedding Anniversary, we are taking our 5 grandchildren, daughter, son and daughter-in-law to Disney World. I was overwhelmed and wasn't sure how to even start planning for 10 people.
